On a warm evening, 15 members played in the July Monthly Medal. With the course turning green again and despite the greens not having been cut recently, scoring were generally low with a number of members having their lowest gross and/or net scores of the season. There were 3 holes in 1 - Paul Middleton at the 10th, David Rintoul at the 21st and Jim Morton at the 29th.

Congratulations are due to Barbara Hamilton on winning the Medal with a net 100 equalling the previous best net score of the season.
